Dividends, Etc. Pre-Default. Unless and until an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Pledgor shall be entitled to receive and retain any dividends, distributions or proceeds on the Pledged Equity Interests paid in cash to the extent expressly permitted by Section 9.01 of the Credit Agreement.
