Dividends Held In Escrow. Any dividends or distributions made in stock or other securities of the Buyer, whether stock dividends, stock splits, or any other such distribution, from or under the Escrow Shares, received by the Escrow Agent from time to tome during the term of this Agreement shall be added to and become a part of the Escrow Property (and, as such, shall become subject to the terms of this Agreement).
