Dividends, Stock Repurchases, Etc. Other than as set forth on Schedule 3.06 hereto, pursuant to this Agreement, the Indenture (as in effect on the date hereof) or the Credit Agreement (as in effect on the date hereof), or as restricted or limited by applicable Law, there are no contractual or other restrictions or limitations on the ability of the Company or any of its Significant Subsidiaries to pay any dividends or make any other distributions on, or to purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire, any of its Equity Securities.
