Common use of Division and Combination Clause in Contracts

Division and Combination. This Warrant may be divided or combined with other Warrants upon presentation at the aforesaid office of the Company, together with a written notice specifying the names and denominations in which new Warrants are to be issued, signed by the Warrantholder or its agent or attorney. The Company shall pay all expenses in connection with the preparation, issue and delivery of Warrants under this Section 4. The Company agrees to maintain at its aforesaid office books for the registration of the Warrants.
