DIVISION INTO SEPARATE TRUSTS. IF ED IS THE SURVIVING SPOUSE. If ED is the surviving spouse, than after paying or adequately providing for payment of the deceased spouse's debts and expenses, the trustee shall divide the remaining balance of the trust estate into three separate trusts, called the "Survivor's Trust," the "Marital Trust" and the "Exemption Trust," as follows:
