DIVISION OF DUTIES AND INDEMNIFICATION. (a) The Trustee shall have the authority and discretion to manage and govern the Fund to the extent provided in this instrument, but does not guarantee the Fund in any manner against investment loss or depreciation in asset value, or guarantee the adequacy of the Fund to meet and discharge all or any liabilities of the Plan.
