Common use of DIVISION OF EXPENSE Clause in Contracts

DIVISION OF EXPENSE. MassDOT will reimburse the MUNICIPALITY for the actual costs incurred to complete the PROJECT up to, but not exceeding the approved GRANT AWARD amount.
