Common use of Division of Exploitation Income Clause in Contracts

Division of Exploitation Income. The Steering Group will decide the division of income derived from exploitation of the Deliverables. The sharing of revenue applies to those Parties remaining at the end of the Project. If a Party withdraws or is expelled prior to the completion of the Project their entitlement to a share in the income derived from commercial exploitation will be determined by the Steering Group and will take account of the proportion of the total Project undertaken by that Party.
