Division of Warrant. This Warrant may be divided upon surrender hereof to the Warrant Agency, together with a written notice specifying the names and denominations in which the new Warrants are to be issued, signed by the Holder. Subject to compliance with Section 2.3 as to any transfer which may be involved in the division, the Company shall execute and deliver new Warrants in exchange for the Warrant or Warrants to be divided in accordance with such notice.
