Common use of Division Orders Clause in Contracts

Division Orders. The Borrowers shall promptly upon request by the Agent at any time and from time to time following the occurrence of any Event of Default and without limitations on the rights of the Agent in accordance with Section 6(c) hereof, execute such division and/or transfer orders as are necessary or appropriate to transfer and deliver to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Banks proceeds from the sale of hydrocarbon production from or attributable to any Oil and Gas Property; provided, however, that the Banks shall only send or deliver such division orders and/or transfer orders in accordance with Section 6(c) hereof.
