DLRL's right to rectify Clause Samples

The "DLRL's right to rectify" clause grants DLRL the authority to correct or remedy any defects, errors, or non-conformities in goods or services provided under the contract. In practice, this means that if an issue is identified—such as a product not meeting specifications or a service not performed to standard—DLRL has the opportunity to address and fix the problem before other remedies, like contract termination or claims for damages, are pursued by the other party. This clause primarily serves to ensure fairness and efficiency by allowing DLRL to resolve issues directly, minimizing disputes and potential losses for both parties.
