Common use of Do Not Issue or Authorize Checks Clause in Contracts

Do Not Issue or Authorize Checks. You agree to not issue any checks, or authorize the issuance of any checks (such as “remotely created items”), against your designated Account. Therefore, (i) you will not be not asked whether to pay, or be able to instruct us to pay, any check that may be presented; and (ii) you will not receive notice of any check being presented or our dishonor of that check.
