Do Not Remain Charters. In addition to the regular rate of pay as set out in schedule A, the drivers will be paid a minimum of: One half (1/2) hour prior to pick up time. One half (½) hour returning from charter destination. One half (½) hour returning back to charter destination. One half (½) hour after final drop off. Note: charters performed on any day that the bus would not have been circle checked, the driver will receive fifteen (15) additional minutes pay to perform such duties. All charter slips are to clearly indicate whether a driver is to remain or not by the company or customer. It is the company’s responsibility to make every driver is aware of the proper pick-up and drop-off points for each charter, as well as providing a detailed map of location(s) upon request.
