Doctors of BC Representation of Physicians. (a) The Government hereby grants to the Doctors of BC the sole and exclusive right, and the Doctors of BC hereby undertakes the obligation, to represent the collective and individual interests of those physicians where the funding for their services is, in whole or in part, provided by the Government either directly or through Agencies.
