Document Affecting Immunity or Indemnity. Notwithstanding Sections 8.1 and 8.2, if, in the reasonable opinion of either Trustee, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to such Sections adversely affects any interest, right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of it under the Transaction Documents, then it may in its sole discretion decline to execute such document.
