CONTRACT LIMIT AND FEES AND EXPENSES is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES. Payments and Fees Customer must pay the Fees according to the payment terms in the Sales Order in the currency stated. All invoices will only be delivered electronically using the billing and contact information provided by Customer. Assignment and Charges a) The Developer shall not assign in favour of any person this Agreement or the rights, benefits and obligations hereunder save and except with prior consent of the Authority.
Costs and Fees If you hire an attorney to enforce this agreement I will pay your reasonable attorney's fees, where permitted by law. I will also pay your court costs and costs of collection, where permitted by law.
