To certify, take the original identification documents to one of the following people: Justice of the Peace; registered Lawyer, Doctor or Teacher; Chartered Accountant;
Document Certification. Certification by Borrower and Parent to Lenders that each agreement, document and instrument delivered to Lenders in connection with its due diligence with respect hereto, from whatever source, is a true and correct copy of the original and has not been materially amended or modified since the date of such delivery to Lender, except to the extent such amendment or modification has been furnished to Lenders.
