Common use of Document Custodian Resignation Clause in Contracts

Document Custodian Resignation. Upon the effective date of the Document Custodian’s resignation pursuant to Section 14.9, or if the Document Custodian is given written notice of an earlier termination hereof pursuant to Section 14.9, the Document Custodian shall (i) deliver all of the Related Contracts in the possession of Document Custodian to the successor Document Custodian, and (ii) be reimbursed for any costs and expenses Document Custodian shall incur in connection with the termination of its duties under this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, and (ii) be reimbursed for any costs and expenses the Document Custodian shall incur in connection with the termination of its duties under this AgreementXxxxxxxxx may not resign prior to a successor Document Xxxxxxxxx being appointed.
