Common use of Document Preparation Fees Clause in Contracts

Document Preparation Fees. Duke Energy shall promptly reimburse the Employee for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Employee in the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement upon receipt of supporting documentation reasonably satisfactory to Duke Energy. Payment will be made within five business days after delivery of the Employee’s written request for payment accompanied by such evidence of fees and expenses incurred as Duke Energy reasonably may require, provided that any reimbursements under this Section 21 are made in a manner consistent with the last sentence of Section 22 of this Agreement.

Duke Energy shall promptly reimburse the Employee for reasonable attorney’s advisor fees incurred by the Employee in the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement Amendment and the Term Sheet upon receipt of supporting documentation reasonably satisfactory to Duke Energy. Payment will be made within five (5) business days after delivery of the Employee’s written request for payment accompanied by such evidence of fees and expenses incurred as Duke Energy reasonably may require, provided that any reimbursements under this Section 21 are made require in a manner consistent with Section 21 of the last sentence of Section 22 of this Employment Agreement.

Payment will be made within five business days after delivery of the EmployeeExecutive’s written request for payment accompanied by such evidence of fees and expenses incurred as Duke Energy reasonably may require, subject to a cap of $25,000, provided that any reimbursements under this Section 21 20 are made in a manner consistent with the last sentence of Section 22 21 of this Agreement.
