Common use of DOCUMENT PRIORITIZATION Clause in Contracts

In case of conflict or inconsistencies between the documents of the Agreement, the following order of precedence shall apply in decreasing order of priority: - the Order Form, including any terms and conditions applicable to the Customer; - the Contractual Service Descriptions with the Specific Terms and Conditions of the Service and the related Service Level Agreements; - the General Terms and Conditions; - the Glossary; - the Offer.
