Document References Provision Clause Samples
A Document References Provision defines how other documents, materials, or external references are incorporated into and made part of the main agreement. This clause typically specifies which documents are considered referenced, how they are identified (such as by title, date, or version), and clarifies that these referenced documents are legally binding as if fully set out in the contract. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant materials are clearly included in the agreement, reducing ambiguity and ensuring that parties are aware of and bound by the terms of related documents.
Document References Provision. References to this Agreement or to any other Transaction Document or any other document or agreement in this Agreement shall be deemed to be references to any such document or agreement as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
