Document Taxation under Australian Law. Provided that this Agreement, the Indenture and the Securities are not executed in Australia, neither the Securities nor any documents or instruments entered into by the Bank in connection therewith are subject to any stamp, registration or similar tax or duty imposed by Australia or any political subdivision thereof.
