Documentary and Processing Charges. The Borrowers agree on a joint and several basis to pay directly to the Issuing Bank, for its own account, such documentary and processing charges for any issuance, amendment, transfer or payment of a Letter of Credit as are in accordance with the Issuing Bank’s standard schedule for such charges and as in effect at the time of such issuance, amendment, transfer or payment, as the case may be.

Documentary and Processing Charges. The Canadian Borrowers shall pay to the Canadian Lender the customary issuance, presentation, amendment and other processing fees, and other standard costs and charges, of the Canadian Lender relating to letters of credit as from time to time in effect.
