Documentary Approval. Promptly upon receiving a Notice of Borrowing that includes a request for a Drawing, together with the related documentation required by Section 3.05(a), the Facility Agent shall request the L/C Bank to determine whether the documents presented for such Drawing under the related Letter of Credit strictly comply with the requirements of such Letter of Credit and, if so, shall request the L/C Bank to deliver a Documentary Approval to the Facility Agent at least fourteen (14) Business Days prior to the Requested Drawdown Date.
