Documentation Agent; Co-Agent Sample Clauses
Documentation Agent; Co-Agent. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, Wachovia Capital Finance Corporation (New England) (in its capacity as Documentation Agent, as opposed to its capacity as a Lender), and LaSalle Retail Finance, a division of LaSalle Business Credit LLC (in its capacity as Co-Agent, as opposed to its capacity as a Lender) shall have no powers, rights, duties, responsibilities, or liabilities with respect to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, nor shall Wachovia Capital Finance Corporation (New England) or LaSalle Retail Finance, a division of LaSalle Business Credit LLC have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
Documentation Agent; Co-Agent. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as Documentation Agent or Co-Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability or responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relations with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any action hereunder.
Documentation Agent; Co-Agent. There shall be no rights, obligations ----------------------------- (including, without limitation, fiduciary duties) or liabilities afforded to or imposed upon the Documentation Agent or the Co-Agent (as each such agent is named on the cover page hereto) by virtue of the status of either as such. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, upon the Documentation Agent or the Co-Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder or under any other Loan Document.
