Documentation Agent's Fees. On the Initial Closing Date and on each other date provided therein, the Borrower shall pay to the Documentation Agent, for the Agent's own account, a fee in an amount and payable in a manner to be mutually agreed in a separate writing between the Borrower and the Facilitating Agent (as from time to time in effect, the "Documentation Agent Fee Letter").
