Common use of Documentation and Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Documentation and Proceedings. All corporate matters and legal proceedings and all documents and papers in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall have received all information and copies of all documents which the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders may reasonably have requested in connection therewith, such documents (where appropriate) to be certified by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower or proper Governmental Authorities.
