Common use of Documentation and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Documentation and Specifications. Detailed procedures for the use of the Host to Host Service are contained in implementation documents ("Documentation") we will supply to you before you begin to use the Host to Host Service. We may also provide you with specifications (“Specifications”). You may be required to complete and provide information to us in connection with the Documentation and Specifications. When you begin to use the Host to Host Service, you also agree to be legally bound by all of the terms stated in the Documentation and Specifications. The Documentation and Specifications are an integral part of this Schedule and are incorporated into it by reference. This Schedule, the addenda, the Documentation and Specifications are intended to be read together. However, if there is any inconsistency between them, the terms of the Documentation and Specifications will control.
