Documentation from the Association. In the event that the Club Property is transferred to the Association pursuant to the provisions of this Section 5.3, then at the time that the Club Property is transferred to the Association, the Association shall be obligated to deliver the following: an acceptance of assignment of Club contracts, leases, licenses and permits, assumption of Club liabilities, a general release of the Club Owner and all affidavits and other documents required by the title insurance company or the Club Owner to effect the transfer of the Club Property and assumption by the Association of the Club Owner’s obligations with respect to the Club Property.
