Documentation of Dispute Resolution Procedures. All disputes utilizing the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall be documented in writing by each party and shall state the specifics of each alleged dispute and all actions taken. The parties shall act in good faith to resolve all disputes. At all three (3) levels described in Paragraph 2.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedures), the efforts to resolve a dispute shall be undertaken by conference between the parties’ respective representatives, either orally, by face-to-face meeting or by telephone, or in writing by exchange of correspondence.
