DOCUMENTATION OF MAJORITY BANK CHANGES. Any action so authorised and effected by the Facility Agent or the Security Trustee under clause 22.1 shall be documented in such manner as the Facility Agent shall (with the approval of the Majority Banks) determine, shall be promptly notified to the Banks by the Facility Agent and (without prejudice to the generality of clause 17.3) shall be binding on all the Banks.
