Common use of Documentation of Recertification of Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Documentation of Recertification of Eligibility. Grantees must provide the CBRA Eligibility Recertification form with the final determination of eligibility and documentation to support the determination in the client file. Documentation must be dated within 45 days of recertification date.
