Seller shall provide Buyer with a Bill of Sale covering all axxxxs transferred, including the names of all vendors and all other entities with whom the equipment must re registered for warranty, service, etc. Seller shall further provide Buyer with a maintenance history and copies of service contracts covering the assets transferred.
