DOCUMENTATION REGARDING NON-TRANSFERABLE PERMITS. As to any non-transferable Permits, Seller will, at Purchaser's cost and expense, execute and deliver to Purchaser any documents reasonably required to be signed by Seller to effect the reissuance thereof in the name of Purchaser.
