DOCUMENTATION, REPORTS, AND RECEIPTS. Contractor shall provide purchaser with a written report detailing the work that was completed and including copies of sampling forms, laboratory reports, manifests, receipts, and any other pertinent materials, if requested by the Purchaser’s designated representative, within ten (10) business days following completion of the pick-up, transport, and disposal of any collected materials.
