Documentation Satisfactory. All documentation required from or to be submitted on behalf of Borrower in connection with this Agreement and the documents relating hereto shall be subject to the prior approval of, and be satisfactory in form and substance to, Administrative Agent, its counsel and, where specifically provided herein, the Banks. Documentation Satisfactory. All documents and papers relating to this Agreement, the Plan, the new notes to be issued to holders of Old Senior Notes under the Plan, and the DIP Order shall be satisfactory to each party hereto in its sole, good faith independent judgment. The Informal Senior Note Committee, the Informal TOPrS Committee and GPH shall receive advance copies of the Plan and all other documents and papers relating to the Plan and this Agreement as they may reasonably request.
