Documentation Support a. The CONTRACTOR shall assist CITY personnel in the preparation and completion of any and all forms and/or documentation necessary to support the reimbursement claims made to state or federal agencies, including but not limited to FEMA.
b. Documentation shall include but is not limited to Project Applications, Project Worksheets, Requests for Public Assistance and all other disaster-generated documentation needed for the payment of claims, such as records tracking administrative allowances, donated resources and labor timesheets and repair expenses.
c. The CONTRACTOR shall assist CITY personnel in the review of documentation for accuracy, quality and completeness before submitting for payment of claims.
d. The CONTRACTOR shall assist CITY personnel in the preparation and submittal of any and all necessary cost substantiation requests, replies to any and all agency inquiries and/or appeals to any and all agency denials.

Documentation Support. The Contractor shall provide documentation support using a variety of Windows-based software programs to include the Microsoft Office Suite. The Contractor shall ensure that personnel are trained and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs available to Procurement Office personnel. Data to be utilized will be provided to the Contractor in a number of different forms ranging from handwritten notes in draft form through final drafts submitted electronically for formatting and pagination. Typical end products shall include PowerPoint presentations with data trending, spreadsheets, schedules, and Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
Documentation Support. Provide comprehensive documentation, FAQs and resource materials to assist in resolving common questions and support ticket issues, facilitating self-service where possible.

If, during the Term and after consultation with the other Party’s Technical Account Manager, (a) the Receiving Party has requested from the Disclosing Party Protocol Documentation for Licensed Protocols of the Disclosing Party involved in particular Server Products, but believes the Disclosing Party has not provided the Protocol Documentation for each of those Licensed Protocols, or (b) the Receiving Party has requested Protocol Documentation for a particular Licensed Protocol of the Disclosing Party, but believes the Protocol Documentation provided by the Disclosing Party for that Licensed Protocol is inaccurate or incomplete, in each instance it will notify the Disclosing Party in writing, including a reasonably detailed identification of the purported omission or inaccuracy and the nature of the correction the Receiving Party believes is needed. The Disclosing Party will, within 15 days of its receipt of such notice, advise the Receiving Party in writing whether or not it agrees that the relevant Protocol Documentation has not been provided, or that it is inaccurate or incomplete (as the case may be). If the Disclosing Party agrees, its written notice will state (i) its plans to address the omission or inaccuracy, including whether such documentation already exists or needs to be created or acquired and the expected timeframe for delivery of the Protocol Documentation in question. If the Disclosing Party does not agree that the relevant Protocol Documentation has not been provided, or that it is inaccurate or incomplete (as the case may be), or if the information provided by the Receiving Party is insufficient for the Disclosing Party to make such determination, the matter will be escalated (i) to the Program Management Contacts of each Party, and if not resolved by them within 30 days, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the governance rules set forth in Section 4.
Documentation Support. The Contractor shall support the Government in the update of project models, drawings, documentation, instructions, manuals, and analysis associated with test, prototype, validation and verification activities.
