Documented Damage. If damage occurs due to your negligence and/or actions, it is up to the tenants to provide to CKC RENTAL AGENCY, LLC, CKC RENTALS, LLC, XXXXXXX & XXXXXXX RENTALS, LLC, BEECH STREET INVESTORS, LLC and/or XXXXXXX DEVELOPERS, LLC in writing which tenant is responsible for these damages. All summer tenants, including the responsible party, MUST sign this document. If this procedure is not followed, we will deduct the necessary charges from everyone’s deposit at the end of the current lease.
