DOCUMENTING VISITS TO FIELD. The Engineer shall complete a Maintenance Report every time the Engineer visits the signal location. The Maintenance Report shall be transmitted to the state within two business days of the visit. The report shall include the name of the person or persons making the visit, the reason for the visit, what was done, the date of the visit, the arrival time, and the departure time.
