Documents Affecting Immunity or Indemnity. If in the opinion of the Pass Through Trustee any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1 or 9.2 affects any interest, right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of the Pass Through Trustee under this Pass Through Trust Agreement, the Pass Through Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
