Documents Affecting Immunity or Indemnity. If in the ----------------------------------------- opinion of the Certificate Trustee or the Delaware Trustee any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 8.01 or 8.02 affects any interest, right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of such entity under this Trust Agreement, the Certificate Trustee or the Delaware Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
