Documents and Company Property Sample Clauses
The "Documents and Company Property" clause establishes the employee's obligation to return all company-owned materials, documents, and property upon termination of employment or upon request. This typically includes items such as laptops, access cards, confidential files, and any other resources provided by the employer for work purposes. By requiring the prompt return of these assets, the clause helps protect the company's proprietary information and ensures that valuable resources are not lost or misused after the employment relationship ends.
