Documents and Forms. The Issuer shall provide to the Registrar:
Documents and Forms. The Company shall provide to the Fiscal Agent for distribution among the Paying Agents:
(i) specimen Notes;
(ii) sufficient copies of all documents required by the Conditions to be available for issue or inspection; and
(iii) in the event of a meeting of holders of the Notes being called, such forms and other documents as the Fiscal Agent may reasonably require for the purpose of such meeting.
Documents and Forms. (a) The Manager shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent for distribution to each Paying Agent sufficient copies of all documents required by the Conditions or the Note Trust Deed to be available to the Class A Noteholders for issue or inspection (including the Note Trust Deed, the Master Trust Deed and the Supplementary Terms Notice).
(b) The Manager and the Trustee shall provide to the Calculation Agent such documents as the Calculation Agent may reasonably require from the Manager or the Trustee (and in the case of the Trustee only those documents that are in the Trustee's possession or power) in order for the Calculation Agent properly to fulfil its duties in respect of the Class A Notes.

Seller and Buyer agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to execute all necessary documents, file all required forms with any governmental agencies and take all other actions that may be necessary or appropriate to implement expeditiously the actions contemplated by this Article VI.
Documents and Forms. 10.1 The Issuer shall provide to the Paying Agents:
10.1.1 specimen Notes (but only if definitive Notes are issued);
10.1.2 sufficient copies of all documents required by the Notes, the Prospectus relating to the Notes or any stock exchange on which the Notes are listed from time to time to be available for issue or inspection (and the Paying Agents shall make them so available to Noteholders); and
10.1.3 as required, forms of voting certificates and block voting instructions, together with instructions as to how to complete, deal with and record the issue of such forms (and the Paying Agents shall make such documents available to Noteholders and perform their other functions as set out in Schedule 3).
Documents and Forms. Except as otherwise agreed in connection with the provision of the Services or as required by applicable Law, Kenvue acknowledges that during the period of this Agreement, documents prepared by J&J will continue to be printed on J&J forms.
Documents and Forms. (a) The Agent shall maintain in safe custody all forms of Global Notes delivered to and held by it under this Facility Agreement and ensure that Global Notes are only issued in accordance with the provisions of this Facility Agreement.
(b) The Notes issued pursuant to any Utilization Notice shall be represented by a single Global Note held by the Agent in accordance with Section 4.2(a).

10.2 sufficient copies of all documents required by the Bonds, the Prospectus relating to the Bonds on any stock exchange on which the Bonds are admitted to trading from time to time to be available for issue or inspection (and the Paying Agents shall make them so available to Bondholders) and
10.3 as required, forms of voting certificates and block voting instructions, together with instructions as to how to complete, deal with and record the issue of such forms (and the Paying Agents shall make such documents available to Bondholders and perform their other functions as set out in Schedule 3).

(a) The Trust Manager shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent for distribution to each Paying Agent sufficient copies of all documents required by the Conditions or the Note Trust Deed to be available to Class A Noteholders for issue or inspection (including the Note Trust Deed, the Master Trust Deed and the Series Notice).
(b) The Trust Manager and the Trustee shall provide to the Agent Bank such documents as the Agent Bank may reasonably require from the Trustee in order for the Agent Bank properly to fulfil its duties in respect of the Class A Notes.
Documents and Forms. Except as otherwise agreed in connection with the provision of the Services or as required by applicable Law, Concentra acknowledges that during the period of this Agreement, documents prepared by Select will continue to be printed on Select forms.
