(registered in England & Wales with registered number 1675231) of Fifth Floor, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX as common security agent and common trustee for and on behalf of the Common Secured Parties as defined in the Amended Intercreditor Agreement (defined below) (the Common Security Agent). It is intended that this document takes effect as a deed notwithstanding that a party may only execute it under hand.
