Common use of Documents and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Documents and Reporting. Each party agrees to execute and deliver to the other party in a timely fashion all such documents and reports as are reasonably requested by the other party with respect to forecasting and budgeting, production, inventory, equipment maintenance, parts usage, and shipments, including Bills of Lading, routine correspondence with customers, releases, and all reports and supporting documents that were commonly provided prior to the Initial Public Offering Date.
