Common use of Documents and Tangible Property Clause in Contracts

Documents and Tangible Property. All documents or other tangible -------------------------------- property relating in any way to the business of the Corporation which are conceived or generated by Executive or come into Executive's possession during Executive's employment shall be and remain the Corporation's exclusive property, and Executive agrees to return all such documents and tangible property to the Corporation upon termination of Executive's employment by the Corporation or at such earlier or later time the Corporation may request Executive to do so.
