Common use of Documents and Written Materials Clause in Contracts

Documents and Written Materials. Originals or true and complete copies of all documents or other written materials underlying items listed in the Disclosure Schedule have been furnished or made available to SESI in the form in which each of such documents is in effect, and will not be modified in any material respect prior to the Closing Date without SESI's prior written consent.
