Documents comprising the Bids. 14.1 The Bid shall comprise of the BID FORMs, UNDERTAKING, TECHNICAL DETAIL OF THE PRODUCT, of this Bidding Document and all those ancillary documentation that are prescribed for the eligibility of the goods and ancillary services that are found necessary and highlighted in the Bid Forms in Section V. 14.2 The Bidder shall complete the BID FORM and an appropriate PRICE SCHEDULE furnished in the bidding documents, indicating the goods to be supplied, a brief description of the goods, their general and specific characteristics, ancillary services that the bidder is willing or required to provide along with the proposed price.
