Documents Comprising the Proposal. 10.1 The Proposal shall comprise the documents and forms listed in the Data Sheet.
10.2 The Consultant shall declare in the Financial Proposal Submission Form, that in competing for and executing a contract, it shall undertake to observe the laws of Kenya against fraud and corruption including bribery, as well as against anti-competitive practices including bid rigging.

Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are initialed by the person or persons signing the proposal.

7.2 The Technical Proposal shall include:
(a) Proposal submission form;
(b) Technical part of the Proposal, including documentation to demonstrating that the Offeror meets all requirements.
7.3 Financial Proposal shall be completed in accordance with Annex VII.
