Common use of Documents Delivered Clause in Contracts

Documents Delivered. Each copy or original of any agreement, contract or other instrument which is identified in any exhibit delivered by Seller or their counsel to Buyer (or its counsel or representatives), whether before or after the execution hereof, is in fact what it is purported to be by the Seller and has not been amended, canceled or otherwise modified.

Each copy or original of any agreement, contract or other instrument which is identified in any exhibit Exhibit or Schedule delivered by the Seller or their its counsel to Buyer Purchaser (or its counsel or representatives), whether before or after the execution hereof, is in fact what it is purported to be by the Seller Seller, and has not been amended, canceled cancelled or otherwise modifiedmodified in any respect either since its delivery to Purchaser (or its counsel or representatives) or its identification in one of the Schedules attached hereto.
